Pours light copper- orange with aromatics of pine and grapefruit from dry hop additions and a slight malt roastiness. Ay Ay Ay has enough bite for the session-phobic, but not so much as to be intimidating. The taste has a hint of caramel and dark chocolate but it is primarily hop driven with a clean cascade bitterness.
"Ay Ay Ay" (Aye-Aye-Aye) it’s an expression employed when no other words are capable of conveying the general absurdity of the situation. In the South American context, the meaning is more an expression that encapsulates the idea of things going wildly amok.
